Inpakken duurt altijd lang zeker als je lang en ver wil reizen.
Kijkend naar al onze spullen beslisten we donderdagnacht ons vertrek nog een extra dagje uit te stellen.
Gelukkig maar, vanmiddag kregen we onderstaande email:

The reeder informed us today, that the vessel "London Senator" has to go to dry-dock in Dubai for 10 to 14 days.

The vessel will leave from Genua around 4th November but than it' gets to the dry-dock around 20th November. There would be a possibility to take this passage, but in Dubai you have to disembark and you have to stay in a Hotel for this two weeks, which you have to pay by yourself. After this stay on the drydock, actually we don't know if the vessel continues to India or if it turns back to Europe.

So we can offer you only one alternative:
The vessel "Ibn Sina" - Sister vessel of the "London Senator" is running out from Genova around 21st October and here we've got one double cabin available for you. There is the only alternative, because there are no other vessels running to Nhava Sheva.

Heavy news for you! Please inform us until next monday 8th October if you'd like to switch to the vessel "Ibn Sina" or if you'd like to cancel this trip (refund of 100%)

Op 2 weken geraken we nooit zonder te stressen in Genua met onze 6 wielen!
En stressen willen we het volgende jaar zoveel mogelijk vermijden.
Jimmy kan niet tegen stress en ik (als stresskip) moet dringend afkicken.
Geen 'bootje' dus en opnieuw naar af.
Nieuwe plannen zijn in de maak.
